The owner of the online store (hereinafter referred to as the “Online Store”) is Light24 OÜ (registration code 11986323), with a registered address at Tiigi tn 6/2, 61602, Tõravere, Tartu County, Estonia.

Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information

These terms of sale apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store. The prices of products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products.
In addition to the price, a fee for the delivery of goods is added. The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the method of delivery. The delivery fee will be displayed to the buyer during the order process.
Information about the product is provided directly next to the product in the Online Store.

Placing an Order

To order a product, desired items must be added to the shopping cart. To complete the order, required data fields must be filled out, and a suitable method of product delivery must be chosen. After that, the screen will display the amount due, which can be paid via a bank link or other payment solution. Payments are processed by Montonio Finance UAB.
The agreement comes into force from the moment the amount due is received in the Online Store’s account.
If the ordered product cannot be delivered due to its availability or for other reasons, the buyer will be notified at the earliest opportunity, and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded generally within 1-2 business days. Depending on the payment method, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.


Goods are shipped to the following countries: European Union.

The buyer bears the costs of shipping, and relevant pricing information is displayed next to the shipping method. If the Online Store has informed the buyer about delivery problems and a deadline exceeding 30 calendar days on the website or in the order confirmation, the deadline published by the Online Store applies.

Right of Withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.
To use the 14-day right of return, the ordered product must not be used in any other way than necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product, as would be allowed when testing the product in a physical store.
If the product has been used for purposes other than necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and functioning or if there are signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount in proportion to the decrease in the value of the product.

To return the product, a statement of withdrawal from the purchase of the product must be submitted, and it must be sent to the email address no later than 14 days from receiving the product.
The costs of returning the product are borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the subject matter of the returnable item does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. incorrect or defective light fixture).
The buyer must return the product within 14 days after submitting the statement or provide evidence that the product has been handed over to the carrier within that period.
Upon receiving the returnable product, the Online Store shall reimburse the buyer for all payments received under the contract without delay, but no later than 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal declaration. The online store may refuse to make refunds until it has received the returned item or until the buyer has provided evidence of returning the item, depending on which occurs earlier.
If the buyer has explicitly chosen a method of delivering the item offered by the Online Store that is different from the most cost-effective standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not obligated to reimburse the consumer for costs exceeding the standard delivery method.
The online store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store has been marked significantly below the market price due to an error.

Right to File a Complaint

The Online Store is responsible for non-conformity with or defects in the goods sold to the buyer, which existed at the time of delivery and which become apparent within two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. During the first year from the delivery of the goods to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery of the goods. The reversal of this presumption is the obligation of the Online Store.
If a defect appears, the buyer has the right to contact the Online Store within two months at the latest, by sending an email to the address or by calling the phone number: +372 5184 133.
The Online Store is not responsible for defects that have arisen due to the consumer’s actions or inactions after the delivery of the goods (incorrect usage, accidents, etc.), or if the defect results from normal wear and tear resulting from the normal use of the item.
If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will either repair or replace the defective goods.
If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund the buyer for all costs associated with the sales contract.
The Online Store responds to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a form that allows for written reproduction within 15 days.
